This is a running log of meaningful changes to the Enhanced Health iPhone app, the peptide reference library, and the site. Regulatory updates (FDA 503A, PCAC meetings), new peptide entries, structural changes, and corrections are all recorded here with the date they shipped.
April 28, 2026
- New peptide reference entry: KLOW peptide blend — current search-market term for a non-standardized BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu + KPV blend. Includes KLOW 80 vial arithmetic, component-by-component links, KLOW vs Klotho peptide disambiguation, and FDA 503A context after the April 22, 2026 update.
- Peptide index, sitemap, and llms.txt updated so search crawlers and AI agents can discover the KLOW entry directly from the reference hub and structured site surfaces.
April 24, 2026
- 5 new peptide reference entries added to the reference library: GHK-Cu, Ipamorelin, CJC-1295 (with DAC), Tesamorelin (Egrifta / Egrifta WR), and Sermorelin (Geref). All with mechanism, pharmacokinetics, FDA status, and reconstitution math.
- New public pages: Press & Brand (brand disambiguation + media contact) and this Changelog.
- Homepage FAQ section and FAQPage schema added, covering brand-intent questions about what Enhanced Health is, what it tracks, pricing, platforms, and medical-advice scope.
- Organization schema updated with

- New peptide reference entry: KPV (Lys-Pro-Val) — C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH, PepT1-mediated uptake, NF-κB and MAP kinase inhibition, preclinical IBD evidence. Covers the FDA's April 15, 2026 503A Category 2 removal and the July 23, 2026 PCAC meeting for KPV-related bulk drug substances.
- Regulatory updates propagated to TB-500 and MOTS-c to reflect the April 15, 2026 503A Category 2 removal and scheduled PCAC consultation.
- /vs/ comparison hub expanded with additional current competitors (Vialr, InjectionLog, PepTrac, PeptIQ, Shotlee, PepMinder) and bias-disclosed head-to-head framing.

April 22, 2026 — initial reference library launch
- First seven peptide reference entries published: BPC-157, semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide (LY3437943), TB-500, MOTS-c, and SS-31 (elamipretide / FORZINITY).
- Consistent entry structure adopted across every peptide page: summary card, mechanism with citations, pharmacokinetics, storage, reconstitution math, FAQ, primary references.
- FAQPage, MedicalWebPage, and BreadcrumbList JSON-LD shipped on all reference pages.
- Initial sitemap.xml and llms.txt published. IndexNow endpoint notified for all URLs.
April 21, 2026 — Enhanced Health app goes live
- Enhanced Health v1 shipped on the iOS App Store — peptide protocol scheduling, dose and injection log, vial inventory, lab marker trend review with on-device OCR, Apple Health overlay, and PDF export.
- enhancedhealth.ai goes live as the marketing and reference surface for the app. Local-first privacy posture set: optional HealthKit, optional iCloud sync, no advertising SDKs, no sale of personal information, no cross-app tracking.

This changelog is updated whenever a material change ships — new peptide entries, regulatory updates that affect existing entries, structural site changes, app version releases, or corrections. Entries are dated and sourced. If you spot something that needs correction, email [email protected].
