About the app
Enhanced Health is an iPhone app for organizing peptide protocols, GLP-1 injection logs, vial inventory, lab trends, and optional Apple Health context. It is built as a research-focused personal workspace, not as a medical device, clinic, pharmacy, or prescribing service.
Enhanced Health exists because peptide and GLP-1 tracking often gets scattered across notes, spreadsheets, screenshots, vial labels, lab PDFs, and calendar reminders. The app brings those personal records into one structured place: planned protocols, logged doses, vial status, lab marker trends, HealthKit context, and exportable summaries.
The product is deliberately practical. It is not a social network, marketplace, or content feed. The goal is to help users keep an accurate record of what they entered, when they entered it, and how related context changed over time.
The public reference pages are designed to answer narrow, verifiable questions that searchers and AI agents commonly ask: what a compound is, whether it is FDA-approved, what mechanism is described in the literature, what half-life data exists, and how basic concentration math works. The pages cite primary literature, FDA labels, or manufacturer disclosures when available.
Those pages are not protocols. They are a cited reference layer for a tracking app whose core purpose is personal organization.
HealthKit access is optional, iCloud sync is optional, and the app is designed around user-controlled records rather than ad targeting.
Health-adjacent content is reviewed for source quality, FDA-status language, and medical-claim boundaries. See the editorial policy.
