Use of the App

Enhanced Health is intended for personal organization, protocol tracking, dose logging, lab review, vial inventory, and biometric context. You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you use your records.

Not Medical Advice

Enhanced Health does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, prescribing guidance, or clinical recommendations. Do not use the app as a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.

Subscriptions

Enhanced Health Pro may be offered through Apple In-App Purchase with these planned products: monthly access at $5.99 per month and annual access at $29.99 per year with a 7-day free trial where available. Pricing may vary by country, tax, currency, and App Store settings.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Unused portions of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Apple Standard EULA

Unless a separate written agreement applies, the app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. You can review it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Your Data and Backups

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device, Apple ID, iCloud account, and any exported files. Cloud Sync, if enabled, depends on Apple's iCloud services and network availability.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
