Peptide tracker · GLP-1 injection log · iPhone
A private peptide tracker and GLP-1 injection log for iPhone. Enhanced Health keeps peptide protocols, dose history, vial inventory, lab trends, and Apple Health context together in one research-focused workspace — local-first, no ads, no data brokers.
Enhanced Health is now live on the App Store for iPhone. Download it directly, then use the reference library here when you want more context around compounds, labs, and workflow.
Inside the app
Enhanced Health keeps the routine parts of peptide protocol tracking close together: what is scheduled, what was logged, what changed in labs, and what Apple Health context may be worth reviewing beside a GLP-1 injection log or peptide dose history.
Workflow
Enhanced Health keeps peptide protocol plans, GLP-1 injection events, dose history, lab trends, vial usage, and biometric context connected without adding a social layer or unsupported claims. Framed as research/educational organization — not medical advice.
Build active protocols and keep schedule context visible without rebuilding the same sheet every week.
Record dose timing, route, site, notes, and vial changes from a focused daily flow.
Review labs and optional Apple Health context beside the protocol timeline they belong to.
Generate PDF summaries for dose history, labs, and protocol records through the iOS share sheet.
Pro tools
Enhanced Health Pro focuses on time-saving utilities for personal tracking: OCR review, vial scan, biometric overlay, and PDF export.
Detect values from supported files, review the results, then save only the rows you approve.
Use image text recognition to speed up vial entry and fail gracefully when a label cannot be parsed.
Create structured summaries for protocol, dose, and lab history.
Privacy
Enhanced Health is designed for individual organization. HealthKit access is optional, Cloud Sync is optional, and the app does not sell personal information.
You can keep using the app if HealthKit access is denied or unavailable.
When enabled, sync uses Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services for your Apple account.
The business model is subscription access, not advertising. Enhanced Health does not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.
Research-safe scope
Enhanced Health is intentionally narrow: it helps organize user-entered protocols, injections, vials, lab values, and Apple Health context. It does not prescribe, diagnose, sell peptides, recommend cycles, or route users to acquisition channels.
Peptide pages cite primary literature, FDA labels, or manufacturer disclosures when possible, with visible review dates and conservative status language.
Core records are designed around the user device. HealthKit and iCloud sync are optional, and the business model is subscription access rather than ads.
The site exposes clean metadata, structured data, FAQ answers, citations, and an llms.txt file so search agents can summarize the app accurately.

A private iPhone app at enhancedhealth.ai that keeps peptide protocols, GLP-1 injection logs, vial inventory, lab marker trends, and optional Apple Health context in one research-focused workspace. A personal organization and tracking tool — not a medical device, clinic, pharmacy, or prescribing service.
Peptide protocol schedules, dose and injection history (including GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide), vial inventory with expiration dates, lab marker trends with on-device OCR for lab-report import, and an optional Apple Health (HealthKit) overlay for sleep, HRV, weight, and activity context. PDF export of dose, lab, and protocol history.
Free download on the iOS App Store. Core tracking on the free tier. Enhanced Health Pro — unlocking OCR lab import, advanced analytics, and PDF export — is $5.99/month or $29.99/year via Apple In-App Purchase. Pricing may vary by country and App Store settings.
No. Enhanced Health is iPhone-only (iOS 17.6 or later). No Android version, no web application. The enhancedhealth.ai website is a marketing surface and a cited educational peptide reference library.
Three axes. Scope: protocols, vial inventory, lab trends, and Apple Health context sit alongside the injection log, not bolted on to a GLP-1-only tracker. Privacy: local-first on device, optional iCloud sync, no advertising SDKs, no data sold. Reference library: cited public pages on every major peptide, including the April 15 2026 FDA 503A update, with primary-literature citations on every page.
No. Personal research and protocol organization only. The app does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or recommend doses. The reference library covers mechanism, pharmacokinetics, regulatory status, and reconstitution math — no protocols or dose recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
